I really like skin care. I’m a little obsessed with it. So much to the point that I am taking the MCAT in May so that maybe someday I can be a dermatologist. Here is what I put on it daily to care for it. You can tell these bottles are well-loved!
In the morning…
I wash my face with Liquid Neutrogena. I love this because it is just your typical, classic glycerine wash.
A couple days a week, I’ll gently exfoliate my face with St. Ives Apricot Scrub. Soft, gentle, and cheap.
After that I lather on the B&C Skin Tight Cocoa Butter Moisturizer. I can’t rave enough about this! It makes my skin feel soft, toned, and helps it to heal.
If I want to go somewhere, I put Aveeno Positively Radiant Tinted Moisturizer on. I really like it because it hydrates but gives light coverage. It also has SPF in it, which is really important.
In the evening…
At nighttime I use the Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit Acne Wash. The salicyclic acid in it gets rid of my red marks.
Can’t forget the cocoa butter moisturizer after that!
After I put a bit of RoC Deep Wrinkle Night Cream around my eyes and sides of my lips, so that I age gracefully. 22 is never too early.
If I have a pimple coming on, I’ll dot it with a little bit of Neutrogena On-The-Spot Acne Treatment and leave it overnight. It has the antibacterial benzoyl peroxide in it.
If I have a bad scar on my face, I put Vitamin E Oil on it. It speeds up cell regeneration.
Overall, I need a gentle skincare routine, because I have sensitive skin and irritation is what causes me to break out.
